Would getting these fish create agressition in my tank. Thanks and nice comments or concerns are apreciated!?
Hi,I plan on getting a freshwater 75 gal tank soon, very soon and I just want to get my fish stocking ideas down before I start. Ok. Right now I have a 40 gal tank with 4 cherry barbs, 4 albino cherry barbs, 5 black neon tetras, 4 cardinal tetras, 6 gold tetras, 5 pAnda platties, like 15 guppies or less( not sure) 5 juli cories 2 albino bristle nose plecos, a few ghost shrimp, and 1 male flamming dwarf gourami. Ik it may or may not sound over crowded but this is why I'm getting a bigger tank and plus, having a 75 gal tank would be my dream( I'm obsessed with fish)!! I plan on fill the 75 gal up will all the rocks from my 40 gal, get a few more bags and putting them in also. Add accesories and the few plants i have witch i willl be getting way more cuz i want this tank to be fully planted. ( The plants will go in after the water is in). Then I will take all the water from the 40 gal and cyfphon it into the 75 gal and put the fish In, then add the filter( or before doesn't matter) and the heater and air bubbles, then I will take tap water ( with water conditioner added to it) and fill the rest of thE tank (35 gallons or so) then, either a couple days or a week or 2 later, I will add the rest of the fish on my list in- which is make all the tetras groups 6 or 7, get 1 more male and 1 more female albino cherry barb and regular cherry barb, getting another school of 6-7 tetras witch would either be gold neon or neon maybe even glolite, and i want the 75 gal to have dwarf gouramis so I also have a male blue neon dwarf gourami and I will add the 2 males at the same time so they won't establish a area and then feel like a new male is going on his terf. I actually wanted to get a third male powder dwarf gourami or at least another male dwarfgourami and then 6 female dwarf gouramis. Would adding all the male at the same time make there be less agresstion? Would adding the 6 females be a bad idea? Would thE males would fight over them?would this be to stressful forthe fish?
