Anole Help! Are there any bugs or something to clean anole poop?

I recently cleaned out the cage and 10 minutes later another anole pooped twice. Is there anything I can put in the tank that would eat the poop or clean it? I have 2 anoles and can only clean the tank once a week but usually I remove the poop but there jumpy and try to get out. Is there an easy way to clean the tank with like some sort of grabber sucker or some type of bug to drop in there thats safe for the anoles. Thank You.
