What recording software can I download to capture from device?

I tried WLMM, Ulead and Debut, I need a software that can capture from literally any device without giving me a error saying it can't find the device or connect to it. The device I wanna capture from is EZ Grabber 2 which is what I want to use on one of my gaming consoles, I'm using windows 7 by the way
