IS THIS NORMAL!!!!!!!!!!!!?

ok i'm in this group of four and it's me and my bf and the other two r also bf and gf. were all good friends and would still be friends even if we broke up. but today me and the girl kissed. i would b fine with it if 1. i was signal and 2 she wasn't my friend, i'm bi btw. but the weird thing iwas that the guys wantted us to do it and we did it in front of them. and it feels like we could possibly do more. so what i was wondering is 1 is this ok? 2. is this a start to a 4 way relationship? 3. the weird thing is that i'm the only bi one of the four, but i turned her bi today lol ;p. the guys r questionable though lol
