I am having trouble with me new Usb Video Grabber?

The Video Grabber doesn't seem to 'fit' in the tv? I mean the red, yellow and white holes? it seems that the ports on the tv and the usb are the same? Is there a cable I can buy for this problem? The tv is LCD, and not HD. Thank you.
