Should i file an eeoc complaint?

If you started walking arous the office pinching your colleagues and whispering sweet nothings in their ears, how long would they put up with it before filing a complaint? I do NOT encourage you to do that, but to think about it for a minute. Why should you put up with that treatment and behavior any more than a woman being harassed at worked? File the complaint.
