How can I start a game designing company? please help! >.<?

okay so im currently 16 and I really love video games, and I have great ideas for a game I wish to Make someday(drawings,cretures,weapons,enviro… im even making a manga about it, also I have 2 other friends who wants 2 become game designers. But the problem is i don't know where to start? im so clueless :(...after high school Im going to collage witch 1 should i choose? and how do i earn enough money to get good animation software(r what animation soft ware 2 buy),r build a company? It's basically like I have a puzzle pieces but I don't know were 2 put them...thank you for answering my question :}
