........Yeast infection?

do I have one? my symptoms are red flaky skin bumps discharge itching. all of that nasty stuff. I know I will go to the doctor but I want a little insight before I go and searching on google is giving me mixed answers. I have never had one before. I have been sexually active but never with someone with questionable marks or bumps. is it not a yeast infection? please help:)
