How legit is stop2shop.com?

So the title speaks for itself, i want to know how legitimate stop2shop.com is, cause it seems they can sell cards for half of what other sites sell em for and that seems sketchy to me so i would like to know, it seems they have payment by paypal but it's still questionable please help... i don't know if this is in the right area but i have the site bookmarked and it has a yahoo symbol next to it
