How can i prove im not setelled or citizen?

hi everybody please if you know answer me i need your help!! im from syria and i moved to work in Cyprus in Europe for 3 years with work perment i had to renew in every year and then i came to the states and i got stock here bcz i lost my job in Cyprus and i dont want to go back to Syria for many reasons and i applied here for asylum and i got the decision from the uscis that im resettle in Cyprus and they sent me to the court so how can i prove that i cant go back to Cyprus witch is the true and i really dont know what to do to prove !!can i contact the Cyprus embassy maybe? or what!!!please help
