Do tall guys like short girls?

i kind of think he's flirting to flirt. he wants as many girls to have crushes on him as possible and lead them all on. and it seems to be working....sorry, i had a guy do the same thing to me in high school. he didn't have a crush on me but he liked the attention so he'd flirt and lead me on.
